When you decide on a puppy, please notify us by email at

require a $300 deposit which allows you to place a hold on the available puppy of
your choice. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! Choice of puppy is on a
first come, first choice basis. First come is based on the date and time a deposit
is received.
All puppies must be paid in full by seven weeks. If the balance is not paid in full
at the end of the seventh week, the puppy will be offered to the next buyer. This
is no joke! There is usually a wait list longer than we can fill with the next litter,
so please take this portion of the contract seriously.

The buyer, _______________________, agrees to purchase the puppy
from TaylorMade Bulldogs for the purchase price of $_________ USD.
Shipping is not included and will be added to the purchase price.
1. After purchasing the puppy, the buyer agrees to take the puppy to a
Licensed Veterinarian, at the buyer's expense, within the first 7 days (9
weeks of age for the puppy) for a complete physical examination. Without
the complete physical examination by a licensed vet within the first 7days,
any and all guarantees listed are null and void. Puppies start at $1500,
and the pick males have gone as high as $2400. Puppies as valuable as
these require proper care, and without it, Taylor Made Bulldogs will not
back them.
2. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If anything happens to
the buyer's chosen puppy or if there is not a puppy available to the buyer,
a puppy from the next available litter will be offered. If the buyer changes
his or her mind and FOR ANY REASON decides not to buy a puppy, all
deposits and payments will be forfeited. The buyer understands that this
rule will not be bent or broken regardless of unfortunate circumstances.
This is a difficult portion of the contract. Please respect it.
3. Puppies must be paid in full by 7 weeks of age. Buyer will pick up or
arrange shipping for the puppy at 8 weeks of age. Buyer's failure to do so
will require a $50 per week charge, charged at the beginning of the week.
Buyer's who fail to make arrangements by 10 weeks of age will forfeit the
puppy and all monies therein. Arrangements to pick up a puppy after 10
weeks of age must be accompanied by an agreement with TaylorMade
Bulldogs in writing.
4. Buyer will use the kennel name "TMB's" as the prefix in the puppy's
registered name. The buyer will also use the prefix in any advertisement
or publication, whether in print, photo, or video.
5. Buyer will provide adequate food, water, and shelter for the puppy
purchased. Buyer will also maintain vaccines and worming.
TaylorMade Bulldogs' Guarantee
TaylorMade Bulldogs guarantees that the puppy is healthy and in good
physical condition at the time of transfer of ownership. TMB also
guarantees that the puppy is free of genetic or hereditary defects that cause
death or serious impairment of vital functions.
TMB will furnish the buyer with all necessary health information,
including shot records and worming information. Puppies are IOEBA
registered. Buyers will be furnished with puppy papers. Buyers are
responsible for submitting puppy papers to IOEBA for full registration
and/or generation history at the buyer's expense.
TaylorMade Bulldogs offers a 1 year health guarantee. Should a
congenital defect, as mentioned above, arise within the first year, TMB
will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same sex from the same
litter (if available) or the next available litter as long as the buyer
provides documentation of the dog's condition from a licensed vet,
provides documentation from a licensed vet of TMB's choice as a second
opinion, and the original puppy is returned to TMB. TaylorMade
Bulldogs will not be responsible or pay for any Vet fees or any expenses
accrued by the buyer. No cash refunds will be given. TMB is not
responsible for Parvo, Giardia, Coccidia, Cherry Eye, Entropian, Stenotic
Nares (loud or "snuffling" breathing), or Kennel Cough, including Corona
Virus. The buyer is responsible for learning about the Olde English
Bulldogge breed to ensure proper care for your puppy.
TMB does not guarantee adult dogs or dogs that were not produced at
TaylorMade Bulldogs.
The buyer understands that this is a legal and binding agreement. Any
arrangements or understandings that were previously stated must be added
to this agreement in writing.
